Who we are
A family home
BarrancoWasi is a warm, family-run property in the most visited and most bohemian district of Lima. We have four independent 30 m² apartments, laid out so that you feel at home, with complete privacy and comfort.
Our apartments
- First and second floor
- A fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and inward-facing views, ideal for a quiet stay.
- Third floor
- An apartment with an inward-facing view and a private bathroom. Its kitchen is for its guests only, but it sits outside. It also gives you access to a wide terrace looking onto the street, perfect for sunbathing or for the evening breeze.
- Fourth floor
- Our roomiest apartment. It has a kitchen, two private bathrooms and a private terrace of its own with a lovely view of the street.
Every one of our spaces has fast wi-fi and a smart TV, so you do not miss your series on Netflix or YouTube. We welcome you with fresh bed linen and a set of toiletries.
Need anything else? You can tailor your stay to your budget: we offer extra services on request, such as additional cleaning, a change of towels and sheets, or taxi transfers.

The neighbourhood: the charm of Barranco
Barranco is culture, history and an unhurried mood. With its tree-lined streets and colonial architecture, it is the refuge of artists and travellers. A few steps from your apartment you will find welcoming cafés, art galleries, excellent restaurants and bars with live music. Do not miss the iconic Puente de los Suspiros and the Bajada de los Baños, magical walks that take you straight down to the boardwalk and to spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.
